Bayu Wiseso is the founder and the managing partner of KJPP Wiseso dan Rekan. Formerly, Bayu was the Head of Valuation Dept. in Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Indonesia.
Bayu has 26 years of experience in a wide range of property valuations throughout Indonesia. He is an expert in commercial properties valuations such as: offices, retail malls, hotels and resorts, apartments, logistics warehouses, factories; specialized properties such as: data centers, hospitals, schools; and estate properties such as: mixed use and residential estates, industrial estates, and land banks.

- Technical Member of the Indonesia Valuation Standards Committee (KPSPI - MAPPI).
- Teacher of Advanced Valuation Class (PLP2) held by the Education Committee of MAPPI.
- Speaker and source person in valuation continuing professional educations, seminars and workshops.
